Rules of the Park

  1. All participants, including passengers/guests, must sign a current release liability and waiver document and check in at the office before attending an event.
  2. No alcoholic beverages or mind altering substances which may impair a person's judgement are allowed in the trail area.
  3. Firearms are strictly prohibited within the park.
  4. No hunting allowed in the park.
  5. No littering. If you are caught littering, you will be fined $100 and removed from the park.
  6. If you pack it in, then you  pack it out.
  7. Seat belts must be worn at all times while driving in the park, passengers included.
  8. ORV vehicles may only be operated from 9:00 AM until 1/2 hour before dark, unless otherwise noted. (Special events may have different times posted.)
  9. All operators of ORV vehicles and passengers should follow manufacturer's safe operating procedures. Proper equipment is necessary.  Everyone rides at their own risk.
  10. All ATV riders and dirt bike riders must wear a DOT approved helmet. No exceptions.
  11. Be courteous to other drivers and children in the park.
  12. The park is neither liable nor responsible for damage, loss or theft of personal property or injury to visitors.
  13. Passengers are not allowed on any ATV unless made for a passenger –utility atv’s only.
  14. No speeding or tricks or spin-outs in the parking lot and grassy areas.
  15. If you are caught violating any of the above rules, it will be at the employees discretion to eject you from the park with possible denied entry.
