Rules of the Park
- All participants, including passengers/guests, must sign a current release liability and waiver document and check in at the office before attending an event.
- Legally, the KY law indicates that you are allowed to ride on the street for 3/4 of a mile. This allows you to enter and exit appropriate trails. We ask that you be mindful of the neighborhood. Anyone breaking these laws are subject to losing their passholder rights.
- No trespassing. If you are caught trespassing, you will be asked to leave and proper authorities will be notified with your information and the camera footage.
- No alcoholic beverages or mind altering substances which may impair a person's judgement are allowed in the trail area.
- Firearms are strictly prohibited within the park.
- No hunting allowed in the park.
- No littering. If you are caught littering, you will be fined $100 and removed from the park.
- If you pack it in, then you pack it out.
- Seat belts must be worn at all times while driving in the park, passengers included.
- ORV vehicles may only be operated from 9:00 AM until 1/2 hour before dark, unless otherwise noted. (Special events may have different times posted.)
- All operators of ORV vehicles and passengers should follow manufacturer's safe operating procedures. Proper equipment is necessary. Everyone rides at their own risk.
- All ATV riders and dirt bike riders must wear a DOT approved helmet. No exceptions.
- Be courteous to other drivers and children in the park.
- The park is neither liable nor responsible for damage, loss or theft of personal property or injury to visitors.
- Passengers are not allowed on any ATV unless made for a passenger –utility atv’s only.
- No speeding or tricks or spin-outs in the parking lot and grassy areas.
- If you are caught violating any of the above rules, it will be at the employees discretion to eject you from the park with possible denied entry.
